When the client decides to cancel his reservation for one of the tours, the following retentions and refunds will apply:

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the start of the tour: 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.

• Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before the tour: 50% of the fee will be refunded.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance: 25% of the fee will be refunded.

 

To manage a cancellation, the client must notify the organization by email at support@eventercyclingtours.com . 

The deadlines will be counted from the date of receipt of said notification.​​​
